29 years ago the first Mirrix Loom was sold. It was designed by Mirrix President Claudia Chase to meet her own needs as a tapestry weaver; portable but with a shedding device, on-loom tension control and variable setts; but she soon realized that other weavers were looking for the same things. Now, here we are, nearly three decades later, with our own little manufacturing facility, a fantastic team of employees and an incredible community of weavers. 29 years is a milestone few companies reach and we credit both our loyal customers and amazing employees for being there for us through everything.
