Once in a while a Mirrix shedding device may develop a squeaking sound when you change the shed. If this happens there are a few household items you can use to fix the problem:
- Coconut Oil
- Olive Oil
- Chapstick
- Bees Wax
- Vegetable Oil
- Petroleum Jelly
Simply put a very small amount of any of these items on the curve of your wooden clip until the squeaking sound disappears. Note that you may notice a change in the color of the wood or copper after doing this.
